Recently, she has been assisting authorities with achieving better quality for individuals & their families whilst keeping within tight budgets by working creatively with partner organisations and creating efficiencies through technology.
Ryan Day
Commercial Director
Ryan has over 10 years’ experience developing
improvement programmes and workstreams within
Health and Social Care. The programmes Ryan has
developed have had a specific focus on improving
services for children in need whilst increasing efficiency
throughout the system and has resulted in services
experiencing improved throughput of work, enhanced
partner working relationships and accurate threshold
application for children entering the social care system.
Ryan has a focus of developing consultancy
programmes across Adult and Childrens services with a
nuanced understanding of the latter, whilst overseeing
activity and performance across Attenti Consulting’s
portfolio of improvement programmes.
Jamie Ryding
Director of Programmes – Adult Services
Jamie has over 10 years’ experience in the Health and
Social Care sector as a Project Manager, Consultant
and Director of Programmes.
He has designed multiple change and improvement
programmes alongside experts from practice including
service redesign, workforce sustainability, practice
development and identifying and achieving operational
efficiencies.
Jamie has recently been working with Local Authorities
in preparation for CQC inspections as well as exploring
ways to personalise care and ensure strength-based
practice makes its way from strategic discussions to
operational practice.
